To meet the growing demand for greater storage space, several analysts believe Apple plans to raise the base storage to 128GB for the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, and to 256GB for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Camera upgrades on the iPhone 16

Regarding the camera, rumours indicate that the iPhone 16 series will probably come with various upgrades, like improved low-light performance, a larger zoom range, and the ability to record spatial video. Three lenses will be included in the camera systems of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max: a wide-angle lens, a telephoto lens, and an ultra-wide-angle lens. With the employment of mirrors in the periscope design, the telephoto lens can provide up to 10x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom.
