On Wednesday, the Realme GT 6 was revealed in China. The new GT series phone, which was unveiled last month in India and a few other international markets, has finally made its way back home with a few minor internal modifications. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset powers the 6.78-inch AMOLED display on the Chinese model. It features a 5,800mAh battery with capability for 120W fast charging and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 camera unit. The Snapdragon 8s Gen SoC and 5,500mAh battery are features of the Indian version.

Realme GT 6 price

The entry-level Realme GT 6 model, which comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage, costs CNY 2,799, or around Rs. 32,000. While the 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB versions are priced at CNY 3,399 (about Rs. 39,000) and CNY 3,899 (approximately Rs. 44,000), respectively, the 16GB RAM + 256GB storage edition is priced at CNY 3,099 (roughly Rs. 35,000). Shades Dark Side of the Moon, Light Year White, and Storm Purple (which is the translation from Chinese) are available.

Realme GT 6 specifications

Running Realme UI 5, an Android 14-based operating system, the dual SIM (Nano) Realme GT 6 China model has a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,264×2,780 pixels) 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz. It is stated that the display can provide brightness of up to 6,000 nits. It has a 1TB UFS 4.0 storage unit, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and up to 512GB of storage power the Indian version.

The Realme GT 6 sports a triple rear camera unit with 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) capability. The Sony LYT-808 sensor is a feature of the Indian version. An 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 super wide-angle camera is also part of the arrangement. The 16-megapixel front camera is useful for taking photos and video chats. Compared to the 32-megapixel selfie camera in the Indian version, this is a decrease in quality.

The Realme GT 6 has Bluetooth 5.4, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, GPS, NavIC, NFC, and Wi-Fi 6 as connectivity options. With Hi-Res certification, it has OReality audio.

A 5,800mAh battery with 120W charging capabilities powers the Realme GT 6. In contrast, the phone had a 5,500mAh battery when it was first released in India and other international countries. The phone weighs 206 grammes and has dimensions of 162x76x8.43 mm.
