Vivo X200 Series Launched in India: Dimensity 9400, 200MP Camera, 6000mAh Battery

Vivo has formally introduced its eagerly awaited X200 series in India, launching its flagship portfolio for 2024 that is centred on photography. The Vivo X200 and X200 Pro are made to perform better in terms of imaging than their rivals, including the OnePlus 13 or the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

The base model starts at Rs 65,999, with the Pro variant priced at Rs 94,999.

Vivo X200: a camera-centric flagship

The phone’s 6.67-inch 10-bit OLED LTPS micro quad-curved display, which has a flat display screen, has a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits. Because of this, the X200’s screen is not just bright but also appropriate for viewing information in bright spaces. With its 5,800mAh battery and support for 90W cable charging, customers may charge their phones fast. For comparison, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a 5000mAh battery that can be charged at 45W.

With its triple back camera configuration, the Vivo X200’s photography is one of its main features. It has a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto lens. This combination promises a flexible photographic experience that gives customers the ability to take a variety of images with high clarity and detail.

Vivo X200 Pro: a 200MP telephoto, larger main sensor, and V3+ imaging chip

The Vivo X200 Pro has a slightly larger 6.78-inch display than the original model’s 6.67-inch display. Additionally, it has thinner 1.63mm bezels, which provide for a more engaging screen. With a 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto sensor and Vivo’s V3+ imaging technology, the Pro model ups the ante in the camera area and offers cutting-edge capabilities like 10-bit Log video recording at 60 frames per second and 4K HDR Cinematic Portrait video. The Sony LYT-818 (1/1.28-inch) sensor is used by the primary camera.

Power-wise, the X200 Pro has a bigger 6,000mAh battery that can be charged at 90W rapid rate. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, which is based on a 3nm technology and guarantees outstanding performance and power efficiency, powers both the standard and Pro models.
