Emma, the wife of Bruce Willis, Responds to Demi Moore’s Golden Globes Victory in 2025
In support of her ex-wife Demi Moore’s 2025 Golden Globes victory, Bruce Willis’ wife of 15 years is going all out.
Emma Heming Willis sent a heartfelt letter congratulating Demi on her victory after the Ghost actress won the Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical, or Comedy Award for her role in The Substance at the award ceremony.
Emma posted a video of Demi, who divorced Bruce in 2000 after 13 years of marriage, flaunting her appearance before the ceremony, which was hosted by Nikki Glaser at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, in an Instagram story on January 5.
In a video posted on Scout’s Instagram on January 5, the three sisters sat in a living room with friends and relatives to witness the ceremony. The whole group erupted from their seats and cheered when Demi’s name was revealed as the winner on television.
Scout posted “SHE DID IT,” followed by several crying-face emojis, as a caption for the cute video.
Additionally, Rumor wrote, “GO MAMA GO,” in her own remark on the post, echoing her sister’s enthusiasm. I’m really proud of you. I adore you so much, I swear. So richly deserved.
Demi outperformed other nominees Amy Adams, Cynthia Erivo, Karla Sofía Gascón, Mikey Madison, and Zendaya in her category. Demi wore custom Armani Privé to the ceremony. The 62-year-old also gave a moving speech while receiving her prize about overcoming a “low point” in her life before making a comeback to the big screen.
“I had a woman tell me, ‘Just know you will never be enough, but you can know the value of your worth if you just put down the measuring stick,'” she said to the audience, referring to those times when we feel like we’re not smart enough, pretty enough, skinny enough, successful enough, or simply not enough.
“I celebrate this as a marker of my wholeness, of the love that leads me, and for the gift of doing something I love and being reminded that I do belong,” Demi continued.
