Plot

The show centres on Ava Bartlett, a real estate agent who finds it difficult to manage her personal and business lives. Her life with her husband, Nathan, appears to be going as usual until one day she starts to notice a number of killings occurring in their city.

The deaths are widely covered by the media, and the authorities put in a lot of effort to identify the murderer. In a startling turn of events, Ava calls a guy named Max to fix a leaking toilet in their house, only to learn later that he is the murderer who killed more than 20 women. Will their lives be saved by Ava and Nathan?
