In Brazil, Fiat unveiled “Tributo 125” versions of every vehicle in its lineup to commemorate the brand’s 125th anniversary in 2024. The cars, which come with new colours, Tributo 125 badges, and a special content package, are based on the popular Argo hatchback, Pulse subcompact SUV, Fastback coupe-SUV, Strada, and Toro pickups.
It’s interesting to note that Fiat’s local branch characterises the brand as “half-Brazilian, half-Italian,” highlighting the strong connections to the South American nation. The highly localised range and the fact that over 18 million Fiat vehicles have been built in Brazilian factories throughout the years demonstrate Brazil’s status as one of Fiat’s most significant markets.
The special models have dark-finished wheels, a black roof, and a white exterior (grey and black options are also available). The Argo, Pulse, Fastback, and Strada are the first vehicles to offer the iridescent Alaska White shade that is depicted.
The gold flag affixed to the grille, the darkened Fiat logos, and the Tributo 125 emblems on the profile are additional distinctive features.
The interior has real leather upholstery, gold-finished Fiat flag, and bronze inserts and decorations. All Tributo 125 special editions come equipped with a plethora of standard features, such as infotainment touchscreens (available mostly on the 10.1-inch model) and digital air conditioning.
In Brazil, orders for the Tributo 125 models are now being accepted. The Argo small hatchback costs R$93,990 ($17,283), the Pulse subcompact SUV costs R$128,990 ($23,719), the Fastback coupe-SUV costs R$133,990 ($24,639), the Strada pickup costs R$134,490 ($24,731), and the Toro truck costs R$184,490 ($33,925).
Fiat has previously commemorated anniversaries with limited-edition products. The company debuted the 120th iteration of the Fiat 500, 500L, and 500X in Europe five years ago.
