India’s First Look at the Poco C61 Airtel Exclusive Edition with 50GB of Free Data: Features and Cost
On Monday, the Poco C61 Airtel Exclusive Edition was introduced in India. Poco and Indian telecom provider Airtel have teamed together for this launch, offering a prepaid subscription and exclusive deals along with the smartphone. As a result, customers will be eligible for significant savings on the phone and free data. Significantly, the Poco C61 made its public debut in India on March 26. This new variation joins the lineup without any appreciable changes to its features.

In India, the Poco C61 costs Rs. 8,999. Customers can, however, get the smartphone for Rs. 5,999 by taking advantage of a Rs. 3,000 discount. The retail price of the standard Poco C61 model is Rs. 6,499. Three colorways of the smartphone—Diamond Dust Black, Ethereal Blue, and Mystical Green—were offered at launch.
Customers can get 50GB of free data as well as an extra discount of up to Rs. 750 thanks to this partnership between Poco and Airtel. Customers who use a Flipkart Axis Bank card to make purchases can additionally receive 5% cashback. For a whole year, the smartphone is restricted to an Airtel Prepaid SIM.
Poco C61 Details
The 6.71-inch HD+ display of the Poco C61 has a resolution of 1650 x 720 pixels. The display can sustain a maximum brightness of 500 nits and has a refresh rate of 90 Hz. For added protection, Gorilla Glass 3 is placed on top. Under the hood, the smartphone has a MediaTek G36 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage that can be expanded to 1TB with a microSD card.
The phone has a dual rear camera arrangement with an 8-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera for optics. Its 5-megapixel front-facing camera is ideal for taking selfies. A 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W rapid charging powers it.
