Dreaming cost nothing, if we work hard at what we love. Doesn’t matter how long it takes, we must always care for our dreams. That’s something that Roman Perez has done his entire life.
A current professional basketball player, Roman’s mission was not always a easy one. You see, it took years for him to be where he’s at today. Growing up in Brooklyn, NY was rough, but his determination to make it never stoped.
Starting at the age of 16, he focused on bettering his skills. It was at age 22 that he played college basketball and at age 24 he went pro. Still an active player and aiming to be the best daily. Not bad for someone who started late in the game.
He’s also the founder of the Dudo Baez foundation, named after his father who passed away. The foundation helps communities in need of camps, clinics and tournaments.
The goal for Roman, is to continue to impact as many lives as possible with his story. He has a upcoming documentary on his life coming this year 2021.
