Realme has introduced the “GT 6T 5G” to the Indian market, adding a new gaming smartphone to the GT line. After a two-year break, the tech giant has finally brought its GT series back to the Indian market, and it has unveiled a new gaming device that falls into the mid-range price category. Recently, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE 5G was unveiled in the Chinese market, and the Indian version of the smartphone also has significant changes. The new GT 6T 5G smartphone is expected to compete with other mid-range smartphones sold in India, such as those from Redmi, Infinix, Poco, and Vivo, for less than Rs 25,000.
Other products launched along with GT 6T 5G
Realme has also released the new Realme Buds Air 6 and Realme Buds Wireless 3 Neo in the Indian market in addition to the GT 6T 5G.
With a 12.4mm deep bass driver, Dynamic Bass Boost, Active Noise Cancellation, and LHDC 5.0, the Realme Buds Air 6 are priced at Rs 2,999.
Starting at noon on May 27, the buds will be sold on the Amazon India shop.
Additionally, the business has unveiled the Realme Buds Wireless 3 Neo neckband, which will retail for Rs 1,199 and go on sale today.
Realme GT 6T 5G: Features of the gaming handset
With a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO 3D curved AMOLED display and a fast refresh rate of 120Hz, the GT 6T 5G is said to be the world’s first smartphone to deliver a peak brightness of up to 6,000 nits.
In addition, the smartphone has an internal storage capacity of up to 512GB, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor, and up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM. The smartphone comes with a 120W Type C fast charger and a 5,500mAh battery.
It is powered by the Android 14 operating system and runs Realme UI 5.0. Additionally, it is compatible with Google Gemini AI.
The gadget also has a dual camera setup on the camera front, consisting of an 8MP secondary sensor and a 50MP primary sensor. The phone sports a 32MP camera on the front panel for VC and selfies.

There are four versions of the Realme GT 6T 5G available:
- 8GB RAM + 128GB for Rs 24,999
- 8GB RAM + 256GB for Rs 26,999
- 12GB RAM + 256GB for Rs 29,999
- 12GB RAM + 512GB for Rs 33,999
Razor Green and Fluid Silver are the two colour options that will be offered for the smartphone.
Availability and Offers
On May 29 at 12:00, the Realme GT 6T 5G will go on sale on Realme.com and Amazon.com.
The company is offering promotions from May 29 to June 1 to commemorate the return of the new gaming device. These offers include an instant bank discount of Rs 4,000 and an extra Rs 2,000 incentive when purchasing the phone.
