Who is Milan Hightower?

One of the hottest artists that keep growing, is very consistent, and very talented, is Milan Hightower. He is an American songwriter, dancer, actor, performer, and rapper. He started performing years back when he was just a kid during the Bow Wow era. After taking a break from music in 2012, Milan was back again five years later with an album and hasn’t stopped making music since.

Early Life and Career

Milan was born and raised in New Jersey, but later on moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. He always dreamed of pursuing a career in music when he was just a kid after watching Michael Jackson and Bow Wow do their thing. He took it seriously, and by the age of 8, he started performing in shows across Atlanta. His first-ever performance was as an opening act for Little Romeo.

After the experience, he took music seriously and was rehearsing at home with his brothers. Milan was already making a name for himself at an early age with his parents’ support. In a recent interview with ThisIs50, this is what he had to say. “I can rap. I came from an area where you had to rap.

My parents had me jogging at 8. I would wake up early before going to school, jog up and down while reciting lyrics, so as not to run out of breath when performing. My mum was all about the image and would get me outfits. I would practice dance moves and had backup dancers. I was already doing that at the age of eight or nine.

Milan’s debut album was the critically acclaimed “Dirty Sauce God,” released in 2017 by South Coast Music Group. An attention-grabbing record with high energetic songs like No More, unapologetic, and Chavo.

Milan Hightower went on to drop two albums in 2019 through his current label, Luckey7even. The projects, produced by Solo Steeze are Gee-T and 93Roses. Some popular tracks include Motion, On Me, Vibe, among others. They have great visuals too. Milan continues to work and release new singes.
