Mufasa The Lion King: The New Disney Live-Action Film’s First Look Is Out, With A Trailer Releasing On THIS Date
Mufasa The Lion King First Look: ‘The Lion King’ is a much-loved Disney film that has become one of the most successful worldwide productions of all time. The film inspired a live-action version that went on to become an enormous hit. Disney has recently revealed “Mufasa: The Lion King,” the prequel to “The Lion King,” which centres on Scar and the youthful King Mufasa.
Mufasa: The Lion King’ has been teased by Disney, and the trailer will be released on April 30.
The 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike caused a delay in the production of “Mufasa: The Lion King,” which is scheduled to open in theatres in 2024. With commentary from Timon and Pumbaa, the film will centre on the ascent of Mufasa, the greatest monarch of the Pride Lands, as related by Rafiki to Kiara, the daughter of Simba and Nala.
The director of Mufasa The Lion King, Barry Jenkins, explained, “I can’t tell you who made those new songs, but they are absolutely amazing.” in reference to the songs.
He explained, “You are probably wondering… what is the director of ‘Moonlight’ doing talking to me about an eight-quadrant tentpole legacy IP massive film? And I gotta say, the thought was very strange to me at first, as well. But oh my god. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life, and I’m so glad I made this picture.”
Aaron Pierre and Kelvin Harrison Jr. will join as Mufasa and Scar, respectively, and Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner, and John Kani will return as Pumbaa, Timon, and Rafiki.
