Included in more than 700 RTX games and apps, NVIDIA DLSS is a set of neural rendering technologies driven by GeForce RTX Tensor Cores that improve frame rates while producing sharp, high-quality visuals that compete with native resolution rendering.

With the release of DLSS 4, which includes Multi Frame Generation for GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics cards and laptops, we’re expanding DLSS once again at CES 2025. When 75 games and apps are released, they will support Multi Frame Generation.

The largest update to DLSS’s AI models since the 2020 release of DLSS 2.0 is also included in DLSS 4.

The graphics industry’s first real-time implementation of “transformers,” the same cutting-edge architecture underlying cutting-edge AI models like ChatGPT, Flux, and Gemini, will now power DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Super Resolution, and DLAA. With increased motion detail, less ghosting, and enhanced temporal stability, DLSS transformer models enhance image quality.

Users of NVIDIA apps will be able to update their games and apps to take advantage of these improvements in addition to the GeForce RTX 50 Series.

On GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, 75 DLSS games and applications with Frame Generation can be upgraded to Multi Frame Generation.
