Oppo A80 5G Launched with a 120Hz Display, a 5,100mAh Battery, a Dimmable 6300 Chipset, and 45W of Charging Power

The Netherlands has quietly unveiled the Oppo A80 5G. This phone is a rebranded variant of the Oppo A3 Pro, which made its debut in June of this year for Rs 17,999.

Oppo A80 5G Specifications and Features

The 6.67-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design powers the Oppo A80 5G. The screen has a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits, and an HD+ resolution. The gadget has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and is powered by Android 14 with ColorOS 14.

The Oppo A80 5G is powered by a 5,100mAh battery that supports 45W rapid charging and a Dimensity 6300 chipset. The device comes pre-installed with 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage and 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM.

For video calls and selfies, the 8-megapixel camera of the A80 5G is equipped. It features a 2-megapixel dual-camera setup in addition to a 50-megapixel primary camera on the rear. Other features of the phone include a USB-C port, Bluetooth 5.3, dual SIM, Wi-Fi 5 and a 3.5mm audio input.

With its IP54 rating, the A80 5G’s screen is usable even while wet hands are handling it. The device weighs 186 grammes and has dimensions of 165.79 x 76.14 x 7.68 mm.

Oppo A80 5G Price

The Oppo A80 5G, which retails for €299, has landed in the Netherlands. There are two colours available for the device: Starry Black and Purple. The only colour available for purchase on the Oppo Netherlands website right now is black.
