China unveiled the Oppo A3 on Tuesday, July 2. A few months have passed since the company debuted the Oppo A3 Pro in its own nation, at which point the new A-series smartphone was released. The Oppo A3 has three different colour options and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 5G processor, which has 512GB of internal storage in addition to up to 12GB of RAM. The other standout features of the Oppo A3 are a 5,000mAh battery, a 50-megapixel dual back camera unit, 45W charging compatibility, and an IP65-rated construction.
Oppo A3 price
The Oppo A3’s 8GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 1,599, or around Rs. 18,00. The prices of the 12GB + 512GB and 12GB + 256GB versions are CNY 2,099 (about Rs. 25,000) and CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs. 21,000), respectively. The colours Mountain Stream Green, Aurora Purple, and Quiet Sea Black (which is Mandarin for “black”) are available. The phone will go on sale on July 5 and is currently available for pre-order through the Chinese Oppo online store.
Oppo A3 specifications
With a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,412 pixels) AMOLED display, up to 120Hz refresh rate, 394ppi pixel density, and a maximum touch sampling rate of 240Hz, the dual-SIM (Nano) Oppo A3 is powered by ColorOS 14.0. It is claimed that the display can reach a peak brightness of 1,200 nits in direct sunshine and 600 nits when operated manually. It is powered by a 512GB UFS 2.2 storage unit and an octa-core 6nm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. By leveraging spare storage, the onboard memory can be practically increased to 24GB.
Regarding photography, the Oppo A3 boasts a dual rear camera configuration consisting of a 2-megapixel portrait camera and a 50-megapixel main sensor with autofocus capabilities. The phone boasts an IP65-rated construction and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The Oppo A3 has USB Type-C port, GPS, QZSS, Glonass, Galileo, 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, Beidou, and Glonass connectivity. An accelerometer, proximity, ambient light, colour temperature, gravity, gyroscope, geomagnetic, and geomagnetic sensors are among the sensors on board. It has a fingerprint sensor built into the display and facial recognition capabilities.
A 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging capabilities powers the Oppo A3. Up to four years of durability are promised for the battery, while fast charging technology is supposed to fill the battery from empty to fifty percent in thirty minutes. It is stated that ten minutes of charging can provide up to 1.53 hours of video playback.
