The 2023–24 Kia NBA Most Valuable Player Nikola Jokić of the Denver Nuggets and the guard Shai Gilgeous–Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder have been unanimously chosen for the 2023–24 Kia All-NBA 1st Team. A global jury of sportswriters and broadcasters selected both players for the First Team on 99 ballots; Jokić was selected for the fourth time and Gilgeous-Alexander for the second time.
Jokić, Gilgeous-Alexander, and Luka Dončić of the Dallas Mavericks, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, and Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics round out the 2023–24 Kia All-NBA 1st Team. First Team selection streaks are maintained by Dončić (fifth consecutive selection), Tatum (third consecutive selection), and Antetokounmpo (sixth consecutive pick).
New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards, Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant, LA Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard, and Los Angeles Lakers forward-center Anthony Davis make up the 2023–24 Kia All-NBA 2nd Team.
The Kia All-NBA Team debuts of Edwards and Brunson. For Durant, Leonard, and Davis, this is their eleventh, sixth, and fifth Kia All-NBA Team selection, respectively.
Lakers forward LeBron James, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, Sacramento Kings center Domantas Sabonis, Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton, and Suns guard Devin Booker make up the 2023–24 Kia All-NBA 3rd Team.
James has been selected to the First, Second, or Third Team every season since 2004–05, setting a new NBA record for the most choices to an All-NBA team (20). For Curry, this is his tenth Kia All-NBA Team selection; for Sabonis and Booker, it is their second. This is Haliburton’s first honor.
Players were chosen for the Kia All-NBA Team by the media voting panel, regardless of their position. For every vote cast, players received five points for the First Team, three points for the Second Team, and one point for the Third Team.
