The last month of 2024 is primed for some significant tech industry debuts, ranging from mid-range handsets to more expensive models. Several smartphone manufacturers are getting ready to release the newest models and other accessories this December, complete with all new features and designs.
iQOO 13
On December 3, the iQOO 13, the replacement for the wildly popular iQOO 12, is scheduled to make its debut in India. It will have a huge 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 6500 nits, compatibility for HDR10+, and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It will run Android 15 and be powered by the brand-new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with an octa-core CPU.
The iQOO 13’s triple rear camera arrangement will include three 50 MP lenses: an ultrawide, a telephoto with a 2x optical zoom, and a wide.
OnePlus 13 and 13R
The OnePlus 13 is expected to launch in India by the end of December or early January 2025, following its launch in China.
Similar to the OnePlus 12, the OnePlus 13 is available in China with a 6.82-inch display that has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 1,600 nits of brightness in normal mode and 4,500 nits at its brightest.
It has OxygenOS 15, which is based on Android 15, and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU. With its larger 6,000mAh battery, the phone can now support both 50W wireless charging and a monstrous 100W cable charging.
Redmi Note 14 series
The Real 14 series is also anticipated to be released by the end of December or the beginning of next year, posing a serious threat to Redmi.
The iQOO Neo 10 Pro
The iQOO Neo 10 series, which will replace the iQOO Neo 9 lineup, is scheduled to launch in China on November 29.
The top MediaTek Dimensity 9400 CPU, which drives the iQOO 13 series, will be included with the iQOO Neo 10 Pro.
