Vivo has introduced the Y200i, a new smartphone in the Y-series, to the Chinese market. The device, which will run OriginOS 4 on Android 14 and be loaded with many amazing features, is designed to meet the demands of contemporary smartphone users.
Vivo Y200i: Features and specifications
Display: The 6.72-inch LCD screen on the new Vivo Y200i is supposed to provide sharp images and an engaging viewing experience for the user. In addition, the smartphone features a stylish design and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for added security.
There will be three colour options for the smartphone: Starry Night, Vast Sea Blue, and Glacier White. On April 27, the gadget will formally go up for sale on Vivo’s Chinese online shop.
Performance: The smartphone is also equipped with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 CPU, which promises to provide seamless multitasking and daily task performance. Up to 12GB of RAM is included with the phone, which is sufficient memory for a smooth user experience.
Camera: According to the business, the new Y200i has a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor that work together to produce high-quality, clear images. The device has an 8-megapixel camera on the front.
Battery capacity and fast charging: The smartphone’s battery is another noteworthy feature. It has a 6,000mAh capacity, which is sufficient to power the device and enables 44W fast charging.
Connectivity and other features:The phone has GPS, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.1, 5G, and 4G LTE connectivity. In addition, it has a 3.5mm headphone port, stereo speakers for binge watching, and an IP64 classification for dust and splash resistance.
Price and availability: There will be three Vivo Y200i models available. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version, which has a price tag of CNY 1,599 (around Rs. 18,800), is the base model. The price of the other, more expensive option, which retails for CNY 1,799 (about Rs. 21,200), includes 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The final option, which has 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, costs CNY 1,999, or roughly Rs. 23,500.
